By using the website and services provided by buyrego™ Tech LLC (hereafter referred to as "buyrego™ Tech" or "the Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Nature of Services buyrego™ Tech is a standalone technology, telecommunications, and software provider. We are NOT a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not represent buyers or sellers in real estate transactions, and we do not collect real estate commissions.

1. Description of Service buyrego™ Tech provides real estate lead-capture technology, including exclusive 4-digit extensions on the 877-BUY-REGO network and physical sign riders.

2. Subscription & Billing

Monthly Subscription: Services are billed on a month-to-month basis.

No Contracts: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

Payment: You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge the recurring monthly fee until cancellation.

3. Use of Extension

Your assigned extension is for your professional use within the real estate industry. buyrego™ Tech reserves the right to reclaim or reassign any extension if your account becomes delinquent or is used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Physical Hardware

Sign riders provided by buyrego™ Tech remain the property of the subscriber once paid for as part of the setup fee/subscription. buyrego™ Tech is not responsible for the installation or maintenance of riders on local brokerage signage.

5. Limitation of Liability

buyrego™ Tech is a technology provider. We are not responsible for the quality of leads captured or any real estate transactions resulting from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the one month preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
