By utilizing the website, enterprise infrastructure, and telecommunications services provided by buyrego™ Tech LLC (hereafter referred to as "buyrego™ Tech" or "the Company"), your firm agrees to comply with and be bound by the following corporate terms and conditions.

Nature of Services

buyrego™ Tech is a standalone technology, telecommunications, and software infrastructure provider. We are NOT a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not represent buyers or sellers in real estate transactions, and we do not collect real estate commissions.

1. Description of Service

buyrego™ Tech provides enterprise-grade real estate lead-capture technology, including exclusive regional telecommunications routing (local area code extensions) on the 877-BUY-REGO network, data attribution APIs, and the Property Sign Optimization℠ (PSO) framework.

2. Enterprise Licensing & Billing

Deployment of the 877-BUY-REGO architecture is subject to the execution of a Master Licensing Agreement (MLA) or a formal Enterprise Pilot Agreement. Licensing fees are determined by geographic exclusivity, asset-class restrictions, and routing volume. Payment terms, corporate invoicing structures, and duration (e.g., 90-Day Exclusivity) are strictly governed by the specific MLA executed between buyrego™ Tech and the licensing firm.

3. Network Usage & Exclusivity

Assigned extensions (e.g., local 3-digit area codes) are strictly for the professional use of the licensed firm within their designated geographic territory. buyrego™ Tech reserves the right to suspend routing, reclaim extensions, or terminate exclusivity if the infrastructure is utilized for fraudulent purposes, violates telecom regulations, or if the firm breaches the terms of their active MLA.

4. Physical Assets & Deployment

buyrego™ Tech licenses the telecommunications architecture, mnemonic routing, and associated trademarks. We do not manufacture, install, or maintain physical signage. The licensed firm is solely responsible for the physical integration of the 877-BUY-REGO mnemonic onto their V-boards, commercial assets, and marketing materials in compliance with their local municipal codes.

5. Limitation of Liability

buyrego™ Tech provides the routing and attribution infrastructure. We are not responsible for the quality of the leads captured, the conversion rates of the licensed firm's brokers, or any real estate transactions resulting from the use of our service. In no event shall buyrego™ Tech be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited strictly to the licensing fees paid during the billing cycle preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, and proprietary frameworks on this site—specifically the USPTO-approved 877-BUY-REGO mnemonic protocol, the Buy Real Estate, Go!™ tagline, and the Property Sign Optimization℠ (PSO) framework—are the exclusive intellectual property of buyrego™ Tech. These assets are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and service mark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or deployment of our methodology or proprietary telecom routing protocols by non-licensed entities is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.

7. Governing Law

These terms and any subsequent Master Licensing Agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
